More Advanced Rocketry Quest Issues since you asked

Issues

1. This one is very nitpicky but I will let you know anyways: in every single Advanced Rocketry Multiblock Quest when it requires a Power Input Plug the Multiblock also accept IC2 Power Plugs (and Creative Power Plugs) and not just the standard RF one

2. Crystallizer Quest is wrong (as detailed in other issue)

3. Rolling Machine has incorrect requirements and should instead require:
   1x Rolling Machine
   13x Machine Structure
   2x blockMotor
   1x Power Input Plug
   1x Fluid Input Hatch
   1x Input Hatch
   1x Output Hatch
   3x Any Block of Steel

4. Orbital Laser Drill requires none of the Blocks required for the multiblock.
   should be:
   1x Orbital Laser Drill
   14x Lens
   8x Power Input Plug
   13x Machine Structure
   36x Advanced Machine Structure
   48x Vacuum-Chamber High Power Laser Emitter
   2x Output Hatch

5. Satellite Builder Quest should also Require 1 Power Input Plug on top of the Satellite Builder itself
