Synthesis implementation of ASIS AutomaticSpells patcher with additional features and fixes.
Adds additional spells for npcs around Skyrim. Uses npc and spell stats to set valid spells and because it is more correct will be to move the patcher after any other patchers that changing spell/npc stats. When file \Data\SkyProc Patchers\ASIS\AutomaticSpells.ini is exist, parameters from it will be read from it into settings before patching. Dont forget to disable Automatic spells patcher in ASIS.
