Athena DBT Integration Demo Instruction

Hi team,

Thanks for your great work on this adapter so we could integrate Athena and DBT.

During the course of learning this adapter, I developed a demo to build the integration so my team could understand how it works （with a simple case).

All AWS resources (S3, Glue Crawler, Glue DataCatalog) in this demo were managed by Terraform and I also have the dbt code in a separate repo, which means anyone who has basic terraform knowledge would be able to build the same demo in 15 minutes. The instruction has been verified by myself and one of my colleagues so everything should be straightforward, please feel free to put a reference in your readme if you find this valuable and helpful.
