Towny refuses to make plot claiming free #6406

I was in the configs of the towny config, I tried to track down the stuff for claiming plots and I found it and edited it to where the plot claiming is free, but the server doesn't make the plot claiming free and is still priced at $25. Is there any way to help fix? |
