[FEATURE-REQ]: Frontend similar to v1.33

💡 Idea

It would be nice to have a frontend that looks similar to v1.33 or like ES.

Motivation

While it's not bad to split the emus like shown (GMenu2X??), or go through the extremely bare bones look of the Retroarch rgui, a nicer frontend like v1.33 had (even though it's a 4gb install) made the experience feel much cleaner.

(I honestly don't know what's involved in making a front end, but it seems there is a lot of options to choose from) It seems through the small research that MinUI or PicoArch would be possible. Picoarch was originally built for the Trimui Model S (runs F1C100 core).

Frontend in 1.3.3 is just GameShow skin in GMenu2X, there is possibility of side-loading simplemenu see: #576
