What steps will reproduce the problem?
Code depends on Tridion 2013 CoreService Endpoints. Should be able to check 
version and bind to a different version? Or use 2011 endpoints with 2013.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should work with 2011 instead of not working.
