'Project Does Not Exist' Message on Invalid Project Search

Describe the bug
If searching for a project that does not exist, the system should display a message indicating "Project does not exist."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to search bar , where is search projects.
Search for a project that does not exist (enter an invalid project name).

Expected behavior
If the project is not available, the system should clearly state: "Project does not exist."
