Suggestion - No option to have perks in search to be effected by perk lottery

It'd be nice not to need to look through all the seeds found to look for the small small chance that every perk I want got the effect.

If possible for the perk to always be in a position that has perk lottery that'd be great.

If you can't do that because of noitool not being 100% correct about a perk's position add an option for a location to be effected or the entire row to be effected.

Hey! Thanks for the suggestion. This is an issue with how the search is set up that one search type can't be part of another. I do want to redo how search works, so when I get to it I'll definitely make sure that this is possible!
