Implement Whistler Blackcomb in the current avionics ground station. Right now that involves setting it up using the current modular profile system and customizing it with the buttons/functionality we need. Note that this a software improvement and not a firmware one, but I figure we'll keep all WB-related issues in this repo just to keep things organized.
