Short Description

I'm currently looking at MemoryUsageHigh which has instance = ucl-open-xnat.cs.ucl.ac.uk:9100, but I also have EndpointDown which has instance = https://genfi3.cs.ucl.ac.uk. It would be nice for them to always have the full URL to make it quicker to debug.
