Attribution for ported lessons

There are a few small issues regarding attribution to ported lessons:

• Some of the materials that have been ported, don't have an attribution
• Some of the materials that have been ported and do have attribution, don't have a very visible link to the original materials. Specifically, the link is on the logo of the creators, which means that it isn't visible as a hyperlink.

Suggestion:

It might be better to add the link to the name of the course instead, to make it clearer that the link does actually exists 😄 We should also add the missing attributions!

To do:

• add list of what needs to be done in each of the sections 😄
