POE - add flight info to pax card

Users need to see which flight a passenger lookout is for so they know which gate to intercept.

I did not see flightpax link to POE tile.

There was no requirement to also add a flight-pax link. This can be added, but was not part of the original request.

The naming convention for the PR was a misnomer, flightpax should read pax detail. However, the two tickets the PR covers only discuss a pax detail return link (#803) and displaying the flight information (#802, this one)
