Apply new layout to selection #2

When selecting a layout from the layout menu, all the visible nodes are influenced by the newly selected layout.

If there is an active selection, the layout should be applied only to the selected nodes.

Alternatively, in the selection menu, a layout submenu should provide selection based layout of nodes.

I have a slight preference for the second option since it keeps the separation between global and selection-based operations.
