[BUG] fix debian motd instead of workaround #2

This very role is a workaround for a bug in motd management in debian. Instead of using Debian way, inherited form Ubuntu, we use another method, documented as general for any linux , which puts scripts in
/etc/profile.d/.Instead of that, we could analyse better the bug (it is reported here, with several links) and try to fix the debian.
