UHK80 Input spotty on computer startup

Not sure if i can replicate it, but essentially keys weren't properly getting registered when i started up my computer today, went straight to signing into my work with my smart card, and got locked out. Before replugging i confirmed if it was the keyboard by typing into browser and sure enough some characters just weren't being registered, or seemingly only on keyup.

Luckily i have some spare time to make these tickets because i'm locked out from work now >.<

Of note it works fine after replugging it in again with the pc already on.

This morning the keyboard was lit up on startup but no keypresses at all until reconnecting the keyboard.
