Since going live with the UHK 80 I've been experiencing a non-responsive keyboard, which after a little while comes back to life. Today I had the situation where after coming back to life the keyboard "caught up" which was almost like ghost keys since I was in the middle of something else. Very frustrating. I own 3 previous generation UHK and love them. Moving to the 80 took some getting used to, and I'm hoping to use it again, the problems encountered today ment I had to retire it.
I am using the latest agent and the latest firmware.
UHK-80 - connected to MacBook Pro M4 Max with keyboard connected via usb-c to thunderbolt hub. each side of the keyboard connected via the bridging cable. Only difference between this and the previous model is the USB-A connection on older keyboard.
Happy to help diagnose where needed.
Paul.
