Show Create button when creating new profile instead of Save and Delete #1140

When trying to create a new profile the Save and Delete buttons are shown instead of the Create button.

And when clicking on the save button I get the error

ValueError at /notificationprofiles/None/update/

Field 'id' expected a number but got 'None'.

and when clicking on delete I get
