add UniDB as project_id in teh environment variables config file

DB_CONNECTION_ENABLED_UNIDB=false

This is needed when we have a feat stack, and a feature veupathdb up using the genomics postgres database.

@aurreco-uga which of the 5 current dataset types are allowed/disallowed for unidb? is it just genomic stuff or are isasimple/biom allowed there too?

first answer is, same as plasmo...
im not sure we will reuse isasimple for new coming up genomics user datasets such as phenotype or raw rnaseq..
