A program that parses the Handbook from DanghengServer and provides a convenient interface for composing commands.

It requires a Handbook, which can be found in the config folder of your server. This allows DanghengServer Tools to not need to be updated when a new version of the game is released, just give it a new Handbook and it will find the IDs of new items on its own. To work, just place Handbook.txt next to DanghengServer_Tools.exe.
