Issue: Featuring badges as a user is currently rather unclear (and in most cases requires a forum operator to explain to a user); The UI for featuring badges should be improved to make it more clear to the user.

Possible Solution:

  • Change "Megaphone" icon to a regular button with a text state and visual state (disabled).
  • Add a banner message shown only to the user of the page for clear context
  • Move the feature system out of the public facing profile, and into the users settings /account/* (unlikely)
