Support to create an URI to open daily note adding an empty line at the end and setting cursor.

I have tried with the append mode and it sets the cursor at the end of the note but doesn't add an empty line.
I have tried also using the data parameter with a "- " to add a bullet point and it adds it but the cursor isn't set to that last line we have just added with the bullet point.
