Work on MC script

Rework the current Lightning Talks MC template for this year. I've begun to complete a Speaker Info document that we can use to introduce people.

Updates:

• Adjust Slack channel names
• Mention post-talks gathering in #co-working-room
• Add some notes at the bottom as things to plug if we need to buy time

@BekahHW, please leave any comments/ideas you have in the thread. I'm going to try to address this tomorrow.

I think the script is fine, but also we should be flexible, esp if timing is off.

When scheduling, it's good to leave about 2 minutes in between ppl bc someone will inevitably go over. But if someone cancels last minute, or we have technical difficulties, we can fill time by chatting about the talks.

I think we can probably skip the VC intro bc that's what I'm going to be talking about.
