What went wrong? (Crash logs don't go here)

When trying to build my mod, I get the following error:

A problem occurred configuring project ':fabric'.
> Could not resolve all files for configuration ':fabric:modApi'.
   > Could not find Pehkui-3.7.11.jar (com.github.Virtuoel:Pehkui:3.7.11).
     Searched in the following locations:
         https://jitpack.io/com/github/Virtuoel/Pehkui/3.7.11/Pehkui-3.7.11.jar

It's an Architectury project, but I specifically get this error when building the Fabric subproject.

I also was originally able to run this just fine, I've made no changes to the files besides downloading the repository and importing it into a fresh install.
