In what kind of world or server did the problem occur?

My multiplayer server that I was running

What went wrong? (Crash logs don't go here)

I am currently using Pehkui and Origins++
Our server wanted to have the abilities Origins++ gives, but; not the height differences. I used the commands to try to size us up (with much confusion LMAO.)
Now we are having an issue where players become suffocated in the block above them when they jump or move under a doorway.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or user error, I couldn't find anyone else with this issue LOL
