[Feature] axes range could not change after legend click when there is only one group bind in it #3720

What problem does this feature solve?

双轴图场景，当有轴只有对应一组数据时，期望图例点击时，不要改变轴的区间。现在会变成 0-1，看起比较奇怪。

What does the proposed API look like?

// 增加配置允许轴对应筛选前的数据
domainCollect: 'view' | 'raw'
