As Token Creator, I want my token/PUSD pair to be moved from the bonding curve to PalomaDex with the bonding curve liquidity

Requirements

  • when market cap of token is reached on the bonding curve, a pool for token/PUSD pair should be created on PalomaDex
  • liquidity of token/PUSD pair should be moved from the bonding curve to PalomaDex pool
