Forward requests through a local VPS

There's already 2 existing endpoints on wbor.org for this, I think - although ideally, the VPS should work for routing and caching requests of all types, not just for Spinitron

I think I know how to write the code for this, just not sure where to get started for that in terms of adding in a fresh endpoint

Got it, I think this would be useful for other downstream devices too (e.g. LED signs in the studio polling weather data) - would prevent us from making redundant/duplicate API calls across devices to various services.
