Upon consuming a dashboard.sms.clear-queue message from the MQ exchange, clear the local queue of visible texts to the DJ. For cases where we've banned a user for problematic content/etc.

This should work already I think - it’ll automatically filter away texts that aren’t in the texts sent downstream from Spinitron
Pretty sure

Or nvm - not with a version of the code that uses RabbitMQ
