Register commands with telegram

I have worked on a different telegram bot before, and there is an option to register the commands with telegram. This way when you write a forwardslash it shows all the available commands

I think that is set using BotFather for bots you own, not actually within the app.
Goto BotFather on telegram and send /setcommand
choose your bot from there and send the commands listed in the ReadMe in the format it prompts.

It can also be done with the api automatically on start. Do you take PRs for this ?
