The story is a little clearer for us on the web side of the story but how do we compare the compat data between native APIs for WebView?

An example of where this could be useful:

This should perhaps be re-scoped to a behavioral focus. This probably falls out of the scope of the BCD space.

We are going to spin up a sub project around behavioral data. We are defining that as all the stuff that doesn't neatly fit into the web compatibility data.

I've initiated that work here:

At a high level, I think we should pile a bunch of un-ordered data into some markdown docs for behaviors we care about. We can then discuss how we should make this structured and where it should live.
