Crashes.asi v2.4 problem

Hello, when i download and place the crashes.asi file in my gta folder and launch gta nothing happens, no config files gets created or nothing, same thing happens if i use the installer.

I have several other .asi files that work perfectly, but this wont load or something.

Appreciate any help!

It's probably a permission issue, run samp.exe (or gta_sa.exe if you're playing sp) as an admin
