Windowed Borderless Mode.

Perhaps a configuration setting, not sure how these things would be done. But I noticed that windowed mode was added recently. What about windowed borderless, mimics fullscreen mode but in a borderless window. I think this option would benefit those with monitors higher than 60hz so when they actually achieve fps in the 100's thanks to Crashes.asi their monitor can also benefit from it. (144hz monitor user here)
