Example of new Timer:

Custom Timers

• Allow creation of custom timers by command.

Status Effect Timers

• Create timer when casting spells with known status effect durations.
• Remove timer if status effect is dispelled or canceled early.
• display name of target of status effect, if it is not the player. i.e. Protect [Bob]

Recast Timers

• Create timer after a spell or ability is in recast.
• Remove timer if recast is reset.
