The URL change option is no longer an option on /%postname%/ setting. Even if NOT Plain.

In the very first visual of the page vs post settings sidebars, the page sidebar has a URL = eae.local/post/ instead of /page/.

Even if you set /%postname%/ to Permalink settings, the URL can be changed.
