Description

In the block editor when editing certain lessons, there is an error "Your site doesn't include support for wporg/callout block" so we are unable to edit any of the content without converting it to html.

This block is part of the WPORG handbook plugin which has now been deactivated on Learn, as the handbook wasn't required anymore. A Notice block should be used instead.

Note that on the frontend there is code that renders the Callout as a Notice.
