Note: This patch was loaded on the National TBI Server at the Austin
Information Technology Center by technical support staff. There is
nothing for local sites to do.

This patch contains the TBI Work Items completed for this release:
TBI Patch 2*5 Deployment of Increment 6 Work Items includes the following
enhancements and fixes:
TBI-51139: Registry Database: The TBI Instruments package shall be
expanded to include up to 30 additional clinical templates/instruments.
TBI-51140: Registry User Interfaces: Polytrauma Tracking Application
shall be expanded.
TBI- 51141: Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology
Architecture (VistA) Components: TBI Instruments package shall be
enhanced through improved connectivity with Medical Domain Web Services
(MDWS) to streamline Consult Resolution, User Identification and
co-signer assignment, appearance of Text Integration Utility (TIU) Notes
in CPRS.
TBI- 51142: Enhancement of TBI Instruments to improve responsiveness and
eliminate all data loss scenarios
TBI-51159: Enhancements of Polytrauma Reporting to accommodate additional
program groupings and fields, and to catalog multiple entries per patient
Patch Components:

The following describes each component of the TBI Patch 2*5
TBI-51139: Registry Database: The TBI Instruments package shall be
expanded to include up to 30 additional clinical templates/instruments.
All templates/instruments in the TBI Instruments package shall be
accessible to designated end users via extracts of all data elements, and
placed in formatted tables in a manner which permits expansion of
existing cube-based and aggregate reporting
TBI-51140: Registry User Interfaces: Polytrauma Tracking Application
shall be expanded.
Polytrauma Tracking Application shall be expanded to include additional
injuries and fields representing clinical outcomes and demographics of
interest for additional cohorts treated through Rehabilitation and
Prosthetic Services disciplines (i.e. Amputation System of Care, Blind
Rehabilitation System of Care, etc).

Documentation describing the functionality introduced by this patch is
available.
The preferred method is to FTP the retrieve files from
download.vista.domain.ext.
This transmits the files from the first available server. Sites may
also elect to retrieve software directly from a specific server as
follows:
Sites may retrieve the software and/or documentation directly using Secure
File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) from the ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE directory
at the following OI Field Offices:
