"Found 0 players" and only 4 of 6 boss encounters showing.

When the log was processed it reported "Found 0 players, 0 pets, and 4 boss
encounters." Two problems: 0 players instead of 25, and only 4 boss
encounters when there should be 6. The missing encounters are one failed
attempt on Razorscale and one successful.
