Language server doesn't load until file is edited

If I open up a plugin folder, all Trackmania/Angelscript functions/classes/etc. are marked in red until I edit a file. Switching between files sometimes helps but not always. Is this a bug or just a limitation?

After editing 1 character (sometimes switching file):

It's a bug, but I've tried to fix it before and haven't been able to figure it out :(
