Current work

add error bar plot new R function plot_est_box
rename plot_posterior to plot_APO plot seperate (let user decide) which APO, average potential outcome
binary likelihood try yourself first for 1 or 2 hours max

BIG TASK

updating this repo's name to bayesmsm_analysis
create a new repo bayesmsms
following package structure from the example, map contents with our package
Key component is on the demo folder with example test data, this is will you code pretent to be a new user.
investigate how to host package via repo and make sure that dev.tool installation and calling various functions within the package works smoothly
