im trying to install a split nsp and im getting an error code:2145-0001,Module:ETickets(145)

Your setup

Console firmware: 14.0.0
CFW with version: 1.3.0
Goldleaf version: 0.10
Quark version: N/A

Bug reproduction

trying to install my split game nsps

Additional information

I have the latest sigpatches and idk what else it could be
