There should be a mechanism that allows a user to request a skin/theme package be downloaded and installed.

This should download the package, unzip it and move it to a location

The skin should then be able to request resources (images, files, etc) from this package.

This way, there could be a set of studio icons, actor pictures, etc. that could be downloaded and used by any skin.

Partially done. You can "install" a skin package
