Backup and restore of profiles

I moved to new PC and lost my projects and time records.
Would be good to have possibility to backup/restore of profiles, or at least to describe in Readme.md where the profiles are located to do that manually.

cd C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\YadroTimeTracker

MacOS:

cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/YadroTimeTracker

Linux: I didn't test it yet :(

There are settings.json and /profile1 folder with projects.json, tasks.json.
