Investigate if extract-base64 command can be faster with channel filter :)(same as #1544)
The extract-base64 command only uses the following events, which could be done more quickly with a channel filter.

• Security 4688 CommandLine
• Sysmon 1 CommandLine, ParentCommandLine
• PowerShell Operational 4104
• PowerShell Operational 4103

The extract-base64 command was originally filtered, so the speed did not change😅
