Is it possible to use pullRefresh feature only?

I would like to use pullRefresh feature only, without custom scroll bars and any other scroll related features.

Is this possible to achieve?

This is my configuration. It is very close but I am unable to scroll down the page when preventDefaultOnMove is true. When it is false I can scroll down but browser pull to refresh is triggered together with vuescroll event
