A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

It occurs when starting GZDoom up every time and is worse depending on if the load takes longer or not. The video at the startup of the mod is cut off by the load screen at the beginning, leaving only the last few frames to be seen. We use this for a mod called Doom Infinite for a logo splash for our group, which on any of our machines, the logo can only be seen for a split second without the beginning of the animation video.

The video is a WebM file encoded with ffmpeg using IVF format and had worked on version before 4.12

Steps to reproduce the behaviour.

Explain how to reproduce

  1. Load mod that has splash intro video
  2. Watch as it gets cut off

I've tested it there and yes the exact same thing happens. It seems it's caused by the exact same issue, I've provided a video with comparisons between 4.11 and 4.15 in an edit that shows what it does specifically.
