As a user, I want to edit my profile

Under modify profile, there will be a user profile subtab
This tab will be visible to self and moderation staff

Users will be able to modify:
-their avatar type
-their avatar source
-their signature using bbcodes
-date of birth
-custom title
-personal text
-gender
-location
-website title
-website url

Depending on the avatar type, different source options will be provided:
-none
-no source option
-file upload
-a file upload field
-external url
-a textbox
-gallery
-an image wheel of the preset avatar gallery
