When someone sends a message to cammie prompt them to fill in an username if they've left it blank.
It should still be possible to send a message without a sender but this will hopefully reduce the amount of anonymous messages.

This needs to be done in the website repository https://github.com/ZeusWPI/zeus.ugent.be
