I'm getting a 404 when I click on https://aw204.host.cs.st-andrews.ac.uk/camgaze.js/

I made a gh-pages branch here: https://github.com/jywarren/camgaze.js/tree/gh-pages

and updated relative links so it works in Github Pages - https://jywarren.github.com/camgaze.js/

To make your own GH-pages hosted copy, just pull in my last commit on that branch to a branch of your own called gh-pages.
