this branch updates everything to 20.0 and includes a rendering example which fails to capture pointer events electron/electron#36627

@krauthaufen if you take a look, this is the starting point https://github.com/aardvark-community/aardium/tree/electron20 (it contains render electron to aardvark texture test case)

fix pointer capture
check electron rebuild, is this still necessary (i upgraded from electron rebuilt to @electron/rebuild) in the branch already
check all modes of operations using sandbox/no-sandbox etc
