[Channel Tabs] Issue: Favorite Tabs Do Not Show Up When Starting Up Discord

Describe the bug
I had favorited tabs to the favorite bar, but when I restart discord they are no longer there. Every time I put them back and restart they disappear again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
Expected the favorite bar to still be there with the tabs I had saved.
